The presence of God refers to a spiritual presence of God, and in the Person of Jesus while on earth and the Holy Ghost. The presence of God will you give you peace in the midst of a storm.

Joshua Chp.1v 9: Have I not command you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

God Presence is there when we seek him with our whole hearts. Remember Brothers and Sister in Christ; when it seems like nobody is there God is there always.
