The Hebrew word for prayer is Lethitpalel its meaning is to judge oneself and to align with the will of God for your life.

Biblically prayer is to be in direct communication with God through his son Jesus Christ.

Philippians 4chp. v 6-7 NKJV: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; 7. and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Remember our help comes from the Lord to those that believe.
